Welcome to STNE. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, Instagram store, and any purchases made from STNE. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information

STNE is an online jewelry brand based in Jordan. We sell physical jewelry products through our website and Instagram page.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the service with permission from a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all orders.

2. Products

  • All products displayed on our website and Instagram are subject to availability.

  • We make every effort to present product colors, stones, and materials accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen differences or handmade craftsmanship.

  • STNE reserves the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD), unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments through:

    • Cliq

    • PayPal

  • Prices may change without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout is the amount you agree to pay.

  • STNE is not responsible for additional bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message. This confirms that we received your order, not that it is accepted.

  • STNE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for:

    • Suspected fraud

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Product unavailability

  • Once an order is confirmed as accepted, it will be processed for shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled by a third-party delivery service.

  • STNE is not responsible for delays, issues, or errors caused by the shipping company.

  • The customer is responsible for communicating with the driver and paying the delivery fee directly to the driver, unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of jewelry and hygiene standards, returns or exchanges may be limited or unavailable, except in cases of:

    • Damaged items

    • Manufacturing defects

  • Customers must report an issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the item, with photographic proof.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the original payment method (Cliq or PayPal).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and Instagram — including logos, images, designs, product photos, and text — belongs to STNE.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any STNE content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

STNE is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by misuse of jewelry

  • Allergic reactions to metals or materials

  • Delays or failures caused by factors outside our control (shipping delays, courier issues, etc.)

Your use of our products is at your own responsibility.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not create user accounts or store personal information beyond what is necessary to process your order.
Payments are securely processed through Cliq and PayPal.
