Refund Policy

At STNE, every necklace is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping. Because our pieces include intricate gemstones, they must be handled responsibly by the customer.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in the following case:

✅ If the necklace arrives to you damaged.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the package.

  • You must provide clear photos and/or a video showing the damage as received.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund or

  • A replacement necklace (depending on stock)

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

❌ Damage caused by the customer after delivery, including:

  • Dropping the necklace

  • Pulling or breaking the chain

  • Scratching or cracking stones

  • Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, or sweat

  • Improper storage or handling

These items contain delicate, hand-set stones that must be treated with care.
Any damage occurring after delivery is 100% the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Items missing original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to receiving a damaged item.
